This comic is a retake on the famous Spider-Man villain Hobgoblin, who in this comic happens to be Harry Osborn. It combines elements of the 616 and Ultimate Universes to tell its own story. It focuses on the stressful relationship between father and son as well as his struggle in maintaining the dichotomy between being a regular person as well as the infamous orange-coated goblin crime lord and how his dual personas affect his public and personal image.

After feeling regret and guilt for not saving two people's lives, Peter Parker questions himself if he's still capable of fighting crime and saving others. At the same time, a new girl named May Melissa deals with loss and moving to a new area. She despises Peter because of the loss, but soon she and Peter discover that she has spider-powers. Peter teaches her his ways, though when a new villain comes along, Peter realizes that he won't be the only one fighting crime and protecting New York. A/N This is all fanfic! The Amazing Spider-Man has returned from a brief hiatus to fight crime and protect the citizens of New York City once again. After returning as the web-slinging hero, Peter finds out that Norman Osborn has passed away, and Harry has been made CEO of OsCorp Industries. Jacqueline begins to experience pain in her left arm and questions if it is because of the serum she received from OsCorp. Little do Peter and Jacqueline know, OsCorp had been surveilling them. Peter later realises that he has to go against two OsCorp employees turned villains: Alistaire Smythe and Harry Osborn. In the process, Peter finds out his father's secret and comes across Uncle Ben's killer. When Peter is facing off against his friend turned foe, he comes close to death and requires help from Jacqueline, but she has left to take the photography opportunity in England. Will Jacqueline be around to save Peter before he becomes OsCorp's next victim?

Sometime in 2030s, an American veteran Carol Danvers (aka Captain Marvel) was charged with war crimes due to a horrible disaster indirectly created by her. She was sued by International Criminal Court. Years later, her old friend, the author Michael Rossi wrote her stories in a history book.
