Mermaids were always real, just covered up, living in the kingdom of Poseidon. Leena is one of hundreds. Those hundreds are divided into colonies, who live by strict rules. At the age of sixteen, Leena is of the age to go through The Test, a test that will determine whether you have a tendency towards good, or towards evil. A test that will determine the rest of you're life. Most people, these tests are simple and predictable. But for Leena, everything seems to go wrong. Will she make it out of the mess she has got a life alive?

Just a normal girl living a normal life... until it all changed. Now Lisa has to struggle through losing her parents, moving in with relatives who currently hate her, and going to a completely new school. But soon, those things will be the least of her worries, because a life shattering secrete will be revealed.
