Osha Aniseya was not originally a part of the Medical Mission led by her twin sister and her friends who are obviosuly in the medical field. The Medical Mission is set on the province of Benguet, one of the mountainous and cold regions of the tropical country Philippines. Mae and her fellow doctors and nurses have already frequented this country particularly in this cold region. Plus, their adoptive parents, Dr. Sol and Dr. Indara, who are both doctors are one of the sponsors for this mission, are also set on going.
