Inaspettatamente, quest'ultima si presenta presso l'ospedale di Gorō, dove scopre di essere incinta di due gemelli. Nonostante le regole ferree del mondo dello spettacolo, che impongono alle idol di non fidanzarsi e di non avere figli, Ai decide comunque di tenere i bambini nascondendo la sua gravidanza al pubblico.
