Osomatsu, grumbled as he was tasked to buy imagawayaki for his brothers since he's the eldest. Broke, grumpy and hungry, Osomatsu searched for the imagawayaki shop only to find out that it is closed. As he was going home, he passed by Dekapan's laboratory, and suddenly, he heard an explosion which results him to know what's going in. As gratitude Dekapan gave the imagawayaki that he made to Osomatsu and he went back home and happily eats and shares it with his brothers. Suddenly, one by one, they start to collapse after eating the shared their imagawayaki. When they woke up, they realized that they are not sextuplets, but unexpectedly septuplets with a little sister named Matsuko. Are they really dreaming or perhaps, trapped in another reality? Professor Dekapan invents a new potion that can revert someone's age, turning them back to their youth. Iyami somehow gets his hands on this concoction thinking he could get famous for his "youthful beauty". A mishap happens and it ends up in Chibita's oden. The now infected oden is coincidentally in some of the Matsuno brothers' dish, thus causing some of them to reverse their age.
