After Jeremiah destroyed Gotham, it became a desert place, perfect for gangs and villains ready to rule it and kill anyone who dares to face them. Now the city is in the hands of them and no GCPD or heroe will be able to save it from it's darkness. Note: English is not my first language so if there's any grammatical mistake let me know! Enjoy. To help Penguin cement his position as the ruler and mayor of Gotham Edward Nygma suggests a 'purely business' arrangement guaranteed to get him the support he needs. I've never written this trope before and I ran out of time so this could be... interesting. No sex or rude stuff in this story. He is accompanied by Ivy Pepper, who does everything she can to look after Oswald. Oswald and Ivy return to Gotham 6 years later. When Edward finds out, he sets out to finish what he started.
