The sequel to Caged White Snow: Jackie has finally become chief and with Rider as captain they have now taken their rightful place. But being chief isn't all serious and checking up on trainees training. Her father had warned her that anything can happen whilst being a chief and surely something does. Pronounced dead at the scene Rider's sister was murdered and now they have to figure out who before the killer strikes again. Can they catch the murderer or will they strike again?
