(This story takes place in the same universe as My hero academia: Rise of accelerator) In a world where 80% of the population has superpowers known as Quirks, A certain Quirkless boy with a mysterious power in his right arm will soon find out that this world is more magical than he originally assumed. Othinus berated herself for being stupid to kill the only person who understand her the most with the little power she have and 50% of success. She bring both of them to Kamijou's world but...
