At the edge of the world, near SchΓ€ssburg, a boy is born with no right to choose. In a family of executioners, death is not an exception, but a trade passed from father to son. This is his story, told late, when the sword has fallen silent and the memories can no longer be buried. From the graves dug with bare hands to the shadows of princely courts-from Wallachia to the gates of Istanbul-his life becomes a relentless flight between guilt, survival, and power. In an era where faith and cruelty walk hand in hand, he becomes history's intimate witness and its most unsettling tool. He encounters the greats of the age without ever truly being one of them. Memories of an Executioner is not a novel about heroes, but about the price paid by those who live off the deaths of others. It is a dark, poetic, and brutally human confession about guilt, silence, and the fragile hope of redemption.

Turn the page-destiny's calling. In the shadow of empires, the Kai tribe fights to breathe-caught between Seljuk honor and Byzantine steel. Osman, steady as his double sword, dreams of leading, while Turhan, wild with his bow, chases glory with a grin. Their father, Suleiman, holds the reins, but the plains whisper of war. Beyond the tents, Goncha, a merchant's fiery daughter, steps into their world, her fate tangled with a secret older than the tribe itself. And looming over Sogut's jungle, Ariz of Sogut, a dushman with an army's might. Blades will clash, hearts will burn, and a single stone could shift it all. --------------------------------------------------------------- Μ·π™…π™€π™žπ™£ π™’π™š π™žπ™£ π™©π™π™žπ™¨ π™žπ™£π™©π™§π™žπ™œπ™ͺπ™šπ™™ π™—π™–π™©π™©π™‘π™š. This story is about two best friends who grew up with each other, one, Osman Bey's daughter, the second, an orphan, Leyla. Osman Bey had found her in a forest, and adopted her as his daughter. She grew up with his real daughter, Leyla, and this story shows their life. All characters belong to Mehmet Bozdag, apart from Leyla, who me and Sara came up with. Also, Fatma's story was created by us, but she was a real person in history. #161 in turkey #12 in osmanbey #24 in kurulusosman #9 in balahatun As of 16.4.21

Constantinople has fallen, just as her sister city in the west did almost a millennium before. It was thought that Constantine XI had died with no heir during the final assault of the 'Queen of Cities' with no heir to speak of. This is not true, just a month before the arrival of the Sultan's army, he had a son, when he heard of Mehmet's march, he sent him away with his most trusted friend. Octavius, as he had been named, had been taken to be raised near Athens, he was taught the old ways, given access to records of the conquests of Alexander, Julius, Trajan and all others that could be gathered from the imperial library before their departure. Since he had no official surname, though by tradition he would have his father's name, he was granted that which his namesake before him had taken, Caesar.
