Day by day, he grew just a bit more sloppy and unfocused. Until one day the chips turned into a crack, and Peter fell into it headfirst An unfocused Peter dealt with by a severe head injury, and after nearly 2 and a half years of dealing with the spider, one of their closest fights to date results in an injured Doc Ock fleeing back to his lair, barely avoiding a proper defeat. Now, contrary to popular belief, Doctor Octopus wasn't always as cruel as he is today.
