In an alternate timeline,Kamen Riders fight against their monsters and evil riders until one incident causing most of the riders join on the dark side while a few riders join on a rebel against them.Due to this cause,the city was corrupted and some of the riders want to be frame,be rich and get a few girls.But the rebels riders won't let them get away with it and they will save this city from them.
