Loosely based on the movie "But I'm a Cheerleader!". I love this movie so much and I just needed to make a fanfic with this whole scenario and stuff. So yeah, that's what this is. Some things are similar, some are different. Shuichi Saihara is the totally straight running back on Hopes Peak football team. He even has a gorgeous cheerleader girlfriend, Maki, though he isn't that interested in her romantically. After his parents become suspicious of his strange behavior, they decide to send him to the boot camp True Directions, in hopes to get rid of his 'homosexual tendencies'. Surprised by this, Shuichi initially rejects the camp, before being forced to go in the end. While there, he begins to learn a lot about himself after meeting a loud and proud gay guy named Kokichi Ouma. -probably inconsistent updates.. some offensive humor is in here too.

shuichi saihara is a young boy who got accepted to hope's peak academy shuichi never had any friends or anyone he could talk to because of his attitude and obsession he was known as the school "freak" because of that it made him aggresive and "scary looking" some people even called him "psychopath" because he brought a knife to school to scare his bullies off now he's tired of being alone and want to make a new "start" ------------------------- he does live with his uncle who isn't abusive and makes his life harder. his uncle just works a lot and doesn't have time for poor shuichi maybe in his new school he might find some friends? or maybe even a lover? In which Kokichi is an elusive phantom thief and Shuuichi is a junior detective reluctantly assisting his uncle in the thief's capture. Things work out about as well as you'd expect.

!phantom thief au! !lowercase intended! kokichi is a famous thief, stealing the greatest treasures with the help of his 'evil' organisation; dice. he says evil, but that's not the case at all. what started off as fun little pranks in the city turned to massive heists happening every friday. at this point, the heists were a source of entertainment to dice, especially for kokichi. he loved to tease the detective that chased him through every hall of the heist. the most entertaining piece of all would definitely be the edge of the night, end of the heist. that would be when he got some alone time with shuichi. when they were no longer running, but standing right in front of each other. shuichi always had the chance to catch him right then and there, but he never did. he talked to the thief instead, like he hadn't just stole thousands and thousands worth of jewellery, art, etc. that was the most entertaining part of it all. when he had a chance to talk to his beloved detective. every friday night, "farewell, my detective." "farewell, my phantom thief." it went like that. but what happens when one day, shuichi find himself at a starbucks with a particularly cute face working there. kokichi.

The phantom thief, a new target Shuichi, a skilled detective is set to investigate. The phantom thief seems evil and cruel, but Shuichi knows there's a sweeter, kinder personality under his vail of lies. Who is the phantom thief really? And who is the mastermind controlling him?

Shuichi is an employee at a small coffee shop, everything is normal until one day kokichi meets him here! Kokichi finds himself in a spiral of lies in order to continue seeing Shuichi more and more, until he gets caught.
