Saihara Shuichi is an overworking 20 year old detective who's lately been dealing with unlucky situations, which could've gotten worse if not for his intuition, when all of a sudden a purple haired "angel" appeared, claiming to be his guardian who's been protecting him this whole time from the accidents. Like almost stepping on an innocent water puddle with a broken electric wire or almost spilling coffee on his important work or a toilet almost falling on his head...? That's a little extreme, but apparently he's the one "preventing" them from hurting Shuichi. How would he react if the cause of all these events was actually the "angel" all along...? Danganronpa was ended for good. The survivors could finally be free and go back to their families. This should've been their happy ending. However, the world wasn't ready to welcome them back, immediately being met with backlash from both strangers and family. As if that weren't enough, the three got separated trying to piece their old lives back together. Broken, Shuichi was on the verge of making a terrible decision before suddenly being whisked away to a fantasy world. A world where all his friends were alive. But not even this could be his happy ending, as the world was run by violence and madness. He must either fight for his life to return home or become one with the crazy world. This is a rewrite! The original was based a lot on the manga "Alice in the Country of Hearts" but I have changed a lot of things! Only the basic premise is still being used. The rest is a whole new story.

Although all of the other students are repulsed by Kokichi Ouma, Shuichi Saihara feels quite the opposite. Kokichi is annoying, vulgar, rude, and every word from his mouth is a lie. But as Shuichi learns to tolerate him and understand him better, he learns that this is just how Kokichi is and he has his reasons to act like that. But after Kokichi takes it too far by getting Miu and Gonta killed, a bitter taste is left on Shuichi's tongue as he tells him off. But what happens after leaves Shuichi with a lifetime of guilt.
