Kokichi Ouma had been working to figure out the mastermind of danganronpa v3 since it had started, but when his plans get foiled and his web of lies spin out of control, only Kaito, can find the courage to figure Kokichi out and become the hero of his story. (Spontaneous uploads until finished <3)

Kokichi awakens, and upon realizing he was stuck in a virtual killing game, he panics. Despite how tired he was of all the l i e s, he kept up his charade, his mask. Secluding himself away from the others, Kaito and Shuichi seem to begin to see past his mask. With Kaito's hero like mindset and Shuichi's curiosity of the boy's real personality, they plan to break away Ouma's mask. They never planned on falling for the liar.

This fic is an au of mine where everyone agreed to not kill anyone and monokuma doesn't interfere. They all just live normal lives in the academy. Very unrealistic ik ik but just bear with me here 😭 ---- Kaito Momota never expected to grow close to Kokichi Ouma, the unpredictable trickster. But when their constant bickering starts to reveal a deeper connection, Kaito begins to realize there's more to Kokichi than he thought. With slow-burn angst, playful teasing, and moments of unexpected tenderness, this story follows Kaito and Kokichi as they navigate the confusing feelings between them.

Some random Oumota oneshots, some may be connected and others not. Depends on if I can continue them eventually, and might make a separate thing for em.

I LOVE the rivalry between Kokichi and Kaito! Kokichi uses his freakin' Mojo Jojo brain to solve problems while Kaito would rather believe in people with all his big ol' heart, and what happens? The two clash in a brain vs. belief battle (sometimes brain vs. brawn, too)! Kokichi and Kaito squabble a lot, and they kind of remind me of brothers who just don't get along very well. I also like the idea of them being frenemies; they can sometimes set aside their differences and work together, and then the next day, they'll go back to getting on each others' nerves. XD Well, anyways, I've been wanting to write some silly mishaps these two get into with each other, so without further ado, let's jump into this meteor-sized madness that is Kokichi and Kaito!

Kokichi, a slim 5,1 introverted teenager with enough sarcastic and smug comments to drive just about anyone insane. Not a lot of people could tolerate Ouma, his sarcastic and sly nature taking them by surprise, his egoistic attitude was hard to spot at first but soon became apparent. If he didn't like you, you wouldn't like him as he mauled any and every insecurity you had with his harsh words, nailing straight through the heart of the people he found annoying. But you couldn't blame him after all he had a lot going on in his life, the world seemingly turning against him. Kaito, a fit 6ft "luminary of the stars" as he dubbed himself. He was extroverted all the way, seeming to have a friend in every corner of the school, he tolerated everyone no matter the circumstance, until he found the one person who got under his skin showing how far he would go if he disliked someone, Ouma. Despite that Momota loved space, his looks and personality mirroring that as his peers described him as "out of this world". He seemed to have every thing together as the world turned in his favor. _________________________________________ The two had seemingly nothing in common, except one thing, the hatred they shared with one another. Kokichi hated that Kaito was so perfect, making a friend where ever he went, while Kaito hated that Kokichi had the perfect poker face going under the teacher and staffs radar because he looked so GD sweet and innocent when not trying to be a prick. Momota was sick of oumas smug comments, he just wanted to punch him as hard as he could, Ouma on the other hand thought Kaito was a raging ball of idiotic nonsense and couldn't help but insult him, the teen was scared of ghosts for crying out loud! (P.S.) •the ship is gonna be a bit plutonic in this •there may be trigger warnings but I'll put a warning note at the top of the chapter!!! •swearing!!! •this is an AU •I don't own any of the characters with in this novel, only the story line.
