This book is about a young girl learning to get up. Learning that even though she is broken she can get back up. She has grown up in a poor home with abusive parents who could care less about her. No matter how long and hard she cries no one can hear her. Soon she grows silent and suffers in silence. This young girl is talented and bright and she could have a great future if she doesn't break.But one day after another just gets harder and harder. And a a person can only take so much before they shatter. Soon she forgets how to love she gives up she forgets about happiness, hope, love, passion. She stops crying or asking for help cause what's the point if no one will listen she thinks. Is there a light at the end of this tunnel. But this is not just another cliche depressing story.
