Johanna Dealy is two weeks into what will be a short stay in Eastwood High, with a pretentious bookworm that climbed his way to the chop of the foodchain keeping her company for what will be another month there. But in that clique-filled hellscape of a highschool she finds something unexpected. A kindred spirit. Or more importantly, a way out. --- heavily (and I mean heavily) inpsired by Heathers (80's movie) as well as End of the F***ing World. Marilyn Jane Johnson is an 18-year-old high schooler. Towards the end of her last semester at Birchwood High, her friend Maya Stuart invites every year 12 to her beach house for an end-of-the-school-year party. Marilyn's hesitant because she hardly knows anyone there, but she decides to so she doesn't disappoint Maya. Everything goes well. The cycle of ignoring everyone, drinking diet lemonade and ignoring everyone some more continues on and on until Marilyn's eyes accidentally meet Joe Stewart(the football captain every girl is obsessed with), and the cycle suddenly breaks...
