They don't know how to life a normal life, what school is and they also don't know what family is. Jj and (y/n) live on the island with a few other people who survived. It is possible to recognize scenes from other movies or shows since this story does include some. This was inspired by the Outer Banks show on Netflix, but does not have any of the same story line.
