Shiva as Cifer a strong muscle yough man who's known for bombs and explosions. Vi as Ghost the leader of the Night Agents and also known for his techniques in knives and swords. During the day The Night Agents are just normal civilians but during the night they suit up as the Vigilantes and terrorize the streets of Ram's Hill.

"I don't need a shrink." He says, taking out a cigarette as he plops down onto the pristine couch and fixates the girl with a glare he hopes is intimidating. The girl cowers as he expected and opens her mouth to stutter just as a young woman enters the room briskly. "Well then Jason, until you're ready for one, let's just say this shrink needs you."
