Hello guys, first story on Wattpad. Writing a story is a lot harder than it seems, the starting seems interesting then developing the plot to keep the readers attention at bay, and there comes the hard part, creating a reasonable ending. I'm not good at writing long stories but I am good at scribbling random stuff when I'm bored so I present you all my short story collection. Ashbury

You're on your daily morning stroll on the beach.... but everything about this morning is not like your normal walks.

She is a privileged heiress-sharp-minded, sharp-tongued, but soft-hearted. She's bright, bold, and willing to try, but never naïve. Loyalty runs in her bones-she'd go to war for her friends and cut down her enemies without hesitation. She doesn't indulge anyone, not even the male lead. She's the kind of person who charges forward knowing she might lose, like a beam of proud, unyielding light. Though, she is fond of pretty faces, pretty things, and excitement. He is the Gu(Poison) King of Miao(a special part of China) territory-dangerous, calculating, and as deep and dark as the sea. On the surface, he appears gentle and reserved, but beneath that facade is nothing but cunning and poison. He's manipulative, obsessive, and his possessiveness borders on madness. He's cold and ruthless to everyone-except her. For her, he swallows his darkness and chains his obsession, though it festers into a sick dependence. If she so much as speaks kindly to another man, he smiles on the outside while jealousy boils like blood in his veins. And if she doesn't love him back-he'll break, lose control, fall to his knees, begging, **"Please... choose me. Only me."** They met on an adventure when the young lady rescues a cold and beautiful bodyguard-unaware he's actually the Gu King of the treacherous, poisonous forests deep in the mountains at first. She saved his life, and he remembered her for the rest of his. He plays the part of the gentle, harmless protector, staying close by her side, all while his darkness slithers just beneath the surface. But the moment he sees her saving handsome men and protecting pretty boys, his facade shatters. Driven mad with jealousy, the Gu King returns to his domain-just to retrieve the most vicious Gu, so she'll never look at anyone else again.

Lilly Porter is not your average human being. She is able to see ghosts. Lilly has only one human friend. Her name is Julia. Lilly and Julia go on a heck of a journey back in time to save an important person before that person gets burned at the stake during the witch trails. This person is needed know in the present or the government will find out about the Abilities and it will all be over for Julia and Lilly.

This story is about a girl named Sam Planks, who is 16 almost 17 years old. She has had a bad past and got bullied. Her mom sent her off to a different school and Sam doesn't know why. But soon she will realize at the school, people are hiding something from her. Will she find out before its too late? This story is fiction. It can't really happen. Bad language. Some abuse. Read at own risk.

Adrasteia, a goddess from above who mostly causes trouble amongst the other gods, but what would happen if Zeus had enough of her misfits? On the other side of the world, Sirius, a god living in the underworld who dreams of journeying to Olympus to search for his long lost father, where his mother claims to have left while he was still a mere infant. As Adrasteia pulls the last straw, she is forced to fall down from Olympus and live in the underworld, what would happen if their world collides?

When Liz is in a hurry to get out of an ongoing argument, she quickly packs her most cherished items and leaves. After a while on the road, she thinks that she might have forgotten something, and when she bends over to look, she finds herself almost having a head on collision, though something very out of the ordinary happens, keeping her safe. She really can't believe what she saw...and that's only the beginning.

Andrea wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary. In fact, the only new thing that was going to happen for a while was a new psychologist had come into town to agree to meet with Andrea's needs. But after an odd construction malfunction, Andrea is on the ever changing journey of a lifetime.
