This poem was months in the making and was completed on January 4, 2022. It is an expression of the mental struggle that I went through, as well as other people's experiences I came across. It started out as me venting my pain and frustration, and I originally intended to end it in a dark and somber tone. However, as time passed, I realized that not all stories needed to have a bad ending. And even the tiniest sliver of hope can carry you through the darkest storm.
