This story is to help with suicide, the thoughts, the actions and the self-harm. I am not a therapist, just a fellow teenage girl who dealt with it and has learned to overcome it. I have my history throughout this and how I have overcome it. I am still getting help but to be much happier and better I know its time I try to help others. this is for the supporters of people and for those dealing with it.
