When I heard what happened something inside of me just....snapped. Since then I haven't been able to fix that broken part of me. Band aids, stitches and duct tape cannot hide the mess and mistakes I have made. So I've decided to lay it all out, to just come out and say it. I don't care who hears my story or how they judge it because honestly, I'm just a blunt stranger. A tale of an overwhelming life and the problems that are battled and faced through letters to anyone.

This is a short story I wrote about a young girls drug addiction and her overcoming it. The beginning (Epilogue) is a rap that I had written and is not a part of the story. However I guess you could refer to it as Kendra's (Main Character) perspective on life. Thanks and I hope you Enjoy!!! I don't know how she does it. Even when she's pissed off she's still beautiful. But I'm not saying that because I love her or anything, because I don't... Do I? Better yet, does she? Am I supposed to believer her eyes?
