Whenever a new born baby is born, they get a chip installed in their hand. At the age of eighteen, this chip will light up a color that decides your destiny. Green means you get to live, blue means someone gave you their life and red means you die. Twins get yellow, which means they have to chose which one gets to live and which one must die. Some people supported the idea, while others didn't. Those who survived were so tired of losing people they love for this that they began to meet up in groups and slowly build armies to stand against the government. They wanted a stop for this. Everyone is kind of okay with this world because it's the only one they have ever known plus their president (the person who owns and created this place) comes off as a nice guy but he actually isn't.
