One day, on a day where the entirety of Class 1A gathered in the common room after a hard of training the TV started to act strange when all of a sudden they were all surrounded by 1's and 0's before being teleoprted into a strange world where they find help in a strange form.

Izuku Midoriya, at the young age of four, declared quirkless, bullied and berated by all he was alone his best friend turned bully abused him on another level constantly using his quirk on him and putting him down, no one was there for him except his mother but even she couldn't be there forever, he would become a hero just not the type anyone would think no one knew it yet but the world would come to love and fear the name LAW I do not own My hero academia or one-piece they belong to Kohei Horikoshi and Eiichiro Oda respectively

Izuku, Kendo And Momo Were friends since childhood. They knew each other for a long time. Izuku Is Born With his parents Quirks Called Fire Manipulation and Telekinesis. Izuku Midoriya was a happy normal child until he was diagnosed quirkiness at the age of four. He suffered eleven years of torture from his childhood friend then at fifteen All Might himself crushes any hope he has to be a hero. When the sludge villain takes Bakugou hostage he manages to save his old friend but the villain lands a potentially lethal blow this however does not kill him instead on the brink of death he meets his ancestor who offers him immense power but at the cost of his humanity. Who is this ancestor, it is none other that the king of all vampires Vlad Dracula Tepes.

In his time in captivity, Izuku Midoriya has refined his five senses: touch, sight, hearing, smell, and taste to absolute perfection. And with the training his captors forced him to do, he not only improved his physical body but also developed a strong analytical mind. With no more space to grow in terms of his skills in senses and fighting, he decides to rejoin society and aims at dismantling the organizations that took away his childhood. Since the dawn of quirks there have been tall tales of legendary figures with quirks that push the boundaries of what quirks are capable of, such as The Quirk Thief, to name one. Izuku ends up killing Shigaraki to save the heroes however instead of being praised , he is shunned. His quirk taken away from him and worst of all given to his bully and the one who stole his girlfriend. He's kicked out of U.A however is comforted with a friend who offers him a job , what could go wrong ? Well a shit ton apparently. However this is what tons him into what he is now

All For One lies on his deathbed. The fight with his nemesis, the 8th holder of his brother's quirk, had left him in a bad state. He had several regeneration and durability quirks, but the damage had overwhelmed him. He couldn't see, eat or walk. He could barely talk or move. It was his time to go. But the legacy shall continue, within his son Izuku. Or, Izuku is the son of All For One and has the same quirk. Just before the villains death, Izuku is given most of the quirks in AFO's arsenal. Alongside a few quirks he stole himself, he continues the name of All For One.

Izuku always wanted to be a hero he was just like every four year old boy growing up in an age of heroes, but when his Quirk awakened, he heard everything and everyone. They needed help, and Izuku would be that help for them no matter where they are in the world. He will be their hero even for other heroes.

During the Heroes vs Villains training, Izuku dies and is reincarnated into the world of TTIGRAAS as a true dragon and the second child of Veldora.
