Luego de tratar por todos los medios el estar alejado de su familia para evitarles todo el daño posible, Wirt recibe en su puerta a nada menos que a su hermanastro menor Greg con la excusa de que este quiere estudiar la universidad en la misma ciudad en donde Wirt vive. Sin embargo, las cosas no son tan simples como eso. Después de todo, nada ha sido simple desde que la misteriosa partida de Wirt tuvo lugar. Y es que Wirt esconde algo, y Greg lo sabe. Greg esconde algo, y Wirt no tiene idea de ello. Y es que "Lo Desconocido" jamás fue tan aterrador como esto, porque esto es la cruel y fría vida real.
