Before I knew it, simply the presence of them reassured me as I felt myself drift off again into a deep sleep. It's about me. A guy just trying to survive relatives, reality, and my own bad ideas. Maybe it's a dark comedy. Or maybe it's just my life with better punchlines. After listening to the entirety of The Tortured Poets Department by Taylor Swift, it inspired me to start writing poems again. I've always loved writing poems. The alliteration, rhyme schemes, rhythms, and so much more makes it so fun to me. I never thought I'd actually publish any of the ones I made because I'm kind of scared that they'll get me locked up, but I finally built up the confidence to do it.
