Do you ever find yourself holding back from expressing how you really feel? There are so many things you want to share, so many thoughts and emotions you want to express-yet you often choose silence. Sometimes there are things you want to do. You explain your side, but you don't like to argue. You choose understanding over conflict, peace over unnecessary debates, and you simply move forward. There are also moments when you feel excited about something - something you want, something that makes your heart light. But instead of sharing that excitement with others, you keep it quietly within yourself. If that sounds familiar, then maybe we are a bit alike. What I'm writing here are the thoughts behind my silence. I believe many of us carry the same unspoken feelings. But this time, don't limit yourself. Allow yourself to express. This is a safe space for everyone. Feel free to explore the topics that resonate with you and let those emotions out.
