Basically, I had a dream about a Torchwood case, where Ianto and Jack got separated, because of a new species of aliens and the government who wanted them dead. This fanfic takes place at the time of Children Of Earth. It's not in the middle of it or something, it's kind of "instead" of Children Of Earth. So, yeah. Also, Tosh and Owen aren't dead. Or, well.
