Max meets the doctor, Rose and Captain Jack Harkness in Cardiff when there on a pit stop from travelling through time. He quickly bonds with Jack and starts to travel with the doctor until Game station and the daleks. Follow Max through space and time along with Jack Harkness. All characters except Max (my OC) belong to the BBC.

Basically, I had a dream about a Torchwood case, where Ianto and Jack got separated, because of a new species of aliens and the government who wanted them dead. This fanfic takes place at the time of Children Of Earth. It's not in the middle of it or something, it's kind of "instead" of Children Of Earth. So, yeah. Also, Tosh and Owen aren't dead. Or, well. Owen is, but you know what I mean. - Hope you enjoy.

The 21st century is when it all changes, but how much does it change? Especially for the Torchwood team? Dessa Belov was just a girl who knew how to hack things. She can hack any piece of technology she wants. She hacked into the Torchwood database by accident and now she has a job with Torchwood. When she hacked into their system she was found by Jack and he showed her the place she hacked into and then he gave her his Retcon. He never inticapated that she could always remember what she hacked into and the things she sees afterwards. Dessa's ability is far beyond Torchwood's knowledge.

Very little is known about the Relief Point, Ancient Energy/Rift Magic, The Lion's Breath, or The Queen of Hearts. Are they all connected? And by what?

Jack realizes that he gave Ianto some of his blood after a weevil attack and that Ianto should be immortal. After he finds Ianto they slowly begin to recreate Torchwood three with Gwen's help but Ianto has to deal with his death at the same time and he isn't finding it easy. WARNING:Spoilers for series three and four of torchwood and series nine of doctor who and contains panic attacks.
