Orphaned from birth Nightshade is raised first in Water pack than in Cliff pack, in which she stays. She and her friends must find a way to stop the humans before it is too late. With the Howlgons trying to destroy the packs at the same time, and her own personal problems. Will they be able to stop the packs from being destroyed at the same time as saving the planet? I'm 14 years old and this is my first book. It has been an idea for a long time and I was glad to have found Wattpad to help me get it written down, I will be adding more to it throughout the year. I also plan on making it into a series further down the track :)

Every day i wondered how i survived, how i lived through the harsh conditions and how i ended up here. I was young and isolated not growing up as the average bird. I flew across islands, hoping, someone would want me. Mum died when i was young and i never got the chance to know her. Dad left us when i was born because he didn't want me. Mums last words was: fly high and not let anyone take it from you even if you had to fight for it and never, ever fall from too high. I was abandoned for so long so i decided to do whats right... I flew high not caring about anything else, until one day i thought, i have no one. No friends, no family I glided in the sky for 10 hours and was getting sore. I spotted my caved pool and gently went lower to the cave. I landed on the ledge of the entrance and slowly walked to water. I tipped my my head to so i could cup some water. I looked up with some water in my beak. I looked around in my cave and looked back down towards the water. I saw myself.
