From that, the voice lines got me interested in her backstory and who she actually was... So I researched... That was the best and the worst decision of my life. Now I'm addicted to Tracer, AJR and I'm back into fanfics for wattpad. Anyway, this is a just an attempt to make a Tracer x Reader story. -Lunar 🖤

Brigitte swears up and down that she fell in love on the twenty-third of December to the tune of Shake it off, riding down the highway at a speed well over legal and eyes pressed so tightly closed she could see colors dancing beneath them. Hana says she fell in love on a Sunday morning when a tall red-headed woman came barreling into the kitchen in nothing more than a skin-tight blue t-shirt, bright pink boxers, screaming that she was going to murder 'that Sixty-year old millennial bastard!' Regardless they both agree that it wasn't a gradual thing. Brigitte didn't find herself watching the girl across the dining hall at 3 in the morning, attempting to neck an entire gallon of Redbull in an attempt to stay awake long enough to finish whatever campaign she was working on. Hana didn't take much longer than necessary walking down the corridor adjacent to the workshop in order to catch a glimpse of Reinhardt getting his ass handed to him by some redhead gesturing wildly at him with a wrench. Was she left behind ?

An explosion. You heard ringing in your ears, but you couldn't do much about it. You just cried. After all, you were a baby held in your dying mother's arms. Overwatch became family and you couldn't bear to find anything that would tear it apart. You, a selfless girl, blamed and beat yourself up for things that happened to your family. No matter what, you'd give yourself up for them, even as a little kid. This is my first fanfiction, and have been thinking about writing one for a long time. If it doesn't meet your expectations, sorry. I'm a real noob at this. Hope you like it either way! It'll be hard to update since I'm usually really busy, but I'll do my best to try to write something every week or two. Also, sorry if this isn't gender neutral. It's really hard for me to do that. When Winston activated the Recall Protocol, few answered the call. Some didn't. Some couldn't. The original Overwatch powerbase was significantly weakened. Jonathan Stride AKA 'Arbelest' used to be a crossbow-slinging, wisecracking actor that was recruited as Overwatch's Public Relations Officer before its disbanding by the Petras Act. Following Recall, however, Stride is now Overwatch's new recruiter. Searching the world for new talent and heroes to fill the ranks of a reformed Overwatch, this promises to be quite an undertaking. With danger around every corner and the weight of the world on his shoulders, can Arbelest enlist and train a new generation of Overwatch heroes before Talon launches their sinister plan?

Random story I came up with, I am not the best writer and there will be random time skips. Some information is left out so you can fill the gaps yourself.

Oscar was an Overwatch employee. He was 13. His uncle abused him. When the team found out, including Angela Ziegler (Mercy) and Lena Oxton (Tracer), they did everything to help. They even took Oscar away from his uncle. Things seem good, so far. But they're going to get much better.
