(Hiatus) A young orphan teenager named Reina was reborn as a 5 years old in the High and Low universe after a car accident caused her to lose her life. Her new name is Megumi and was a daughter of Tatsuya and his wife, Rin. Like every manhwa, she was born as a baby that still remembers her past life. Her uncles, Ohta and Konisha are now in America to follow their dreams but Kohaku and Tsukmo were nowhere to be found after her parent's death, which broke Megumi's heart. The Mugen gang was disbanded leaving unfinished business with the Amamiya brothers as they too disappeared. Megumi's guardian is now her aunt Naomi and the Hoodlum Squad that was formed by the former members of her dad gang, Cobra and Yamato. Naomi and the Hoodlum Squad decided to hide Megumi's identity from the Iemura group and other threats. It was a success until she was dragged in the mess.
