Cihan gözlerini Alya'dan alamıyorken kafasından bu hissi anlamlandırmaya çalışıyordu. Sonrasında ne yaptığını fark edip bakışlarını kaçırdı, oturduğu yerden ayaklandı. "Ben daha fazla tutmayayım sizi, iyi geceler." Alya da karşısındaki kişi kalkınca gözlerinin daldığını fark etmiş, ama şu an yüzündeki ifadeye müdahale edememişti. "Ben de geçiyordum zaten. İyi geceler." Cihan arkasını dönmüş kapıya yürürken arkadan gelen "Alya ben bu arada." sesiyle gülerek vücudunu arkaya çevirdi. "Cihan, memnun oldum." Alya'ysa o sırada sarhoş haliyle kafa selamı vererek gülmesine karşılık verdi. Birkaç saniye daha birbirlerine baktıktan sonra kapılarını kapattılar.

So um... how do I start this? Well, I'd like to tell you that this is a fanfic about CihAl-the main lead actors from the Turkish series Uzak Şehir. This story is entirely my own; nothing here is meant to resemble the actual series. I just loved the chemistry between the actors and the first glimpses of the show so much that I felt inspired to continue it in my own way. I hope you enjoy it! Cihan's thumb brushed across the paper, wiping away the tears that had soaked into it. His tears kept falling, yet a smile spread across his face. Anyone watching would think him mad. Who would smile and cry from happiness when faced with the grim reality of spending the rest of their days in prison? But it didn't matter now, not when he wasn't the one lost in this madness.

Or it was his hand, innocently guiding her through the crowd, grazing her bare back, a touch so devilish, it burned not just her skin but her very soul. Whatever the reason, Alya shouldn't have been standing so close to him-shouldn't have been shoulder to shoulder, almost touching. She shouldn't have found herself admiring his profile, the sharp lines of his jaw. And, as the last domino fell, Alya shouldn't have closed her eyes. Because in that exact moment, with her eyes shut, her senses sharpened. His scent-wood, whiskey, and something unique, something belonging only to Cihan-flooded her nose. That was when all hell broke loose.
