After losing Tobias, Francis and the driver are left to grieve together, growing closer in the process. The driver struggles with guilt, unsure if she should fill the space Tobias once held, but she stays strong for Francis. When they hear Tobias's voice faintly over the radio, hope is renewed-Francis dreams of getting his love back, while the driver only wanted to restore Tobias and Francis happiness. Full of drama, this story follows the emotional aftermath of Pacific Drive, grief, loss, guilt, but also hope and love.

After the events of the game's ending (with Tobias and Francis alive and happily together, as they should be), the Driver was finally free from the bond with the Remnant car. Both Francis and Tobias had never met the Driver-never spoken with them, never even seen them. And now that everything was over, they feared they might never get the chance. So, they decided to invite the Driver over, hoping they would want to visit. What Tobias and Francis didn't expect was that the Driver had actually wanted to meet them for a long time. But the Driver wasn't even thinking about leaving- fractured memory had kept the Driver from moving on. With no idea who they were or where they should go, the Driver was lost. Tobias and Francis welcomed the Driver with open arms, happy to let her stay. Together, they were about to discover something new: the beginning of a family.

I felt like there was much more potential in Pacific Drive that was completely missed-especially the bond between the driver and the Remnant car. This story explores that dangerous connection, focusing on how the driver (the reader) could be pulled into madness by the Remnant, vanishing just like all the other victims before them. I wanted to add more drama and tension-a real sense of danger, conflict, and a struggle to survive. The story also includes a light romance arc toward the end, adding a softer contrast to the darker themes.
