Set ten years after the events of "The Phantom Menace," the Republic continues to be mired in strife and chaos. A separatist movement encompassing hundreds of planets and powerful corporate alliances poses new threats to the galaxy that even the Jedi cannot stem. These moves, long planned by an as yet unrevealed and powerful force, lead to the beginning of the Clone Wars -- and the beginning of the end of the Republic.

What if Padmé became a jedi? Could she and Obi-Wan save her husband? Or would Anakin be determined to save her at any cost? Note~ The first bit starts in Clone Wars Era but drifts into ROTS. This is not the Revenge Of The Sith you know. Multiple things are different such as scenes and dialog. Some things are made longer and added in, other things are shortened and cut out. This is my first fanfic and feedback is not only welcome, it is encouraged so don't be shy! Chapter lengths vary so don't worry about the number of chapters and updates are frequent! Also please tell me if wattpad shortens or cuts people's sentences off or any glitch because I want you to get and judge the whole story not pieces of it. So enjoy!!!

The War Begins

A simple mission during the Clone Wars becomes complicated when Ahsoka runs into a young version of her master and grandmaster. Except, this other Obi-Wan has yellow eyes, and he looks as if he'll murder anyone who dares look at his young charge wrong. Where did they come from? Why are they here? Starting with the events leading up to the Clone Wars, Jedi Knight Lyra Din-So returns to the Jedi temple after her prolonged time away. After all her years of training under the infamous Master Yoda as his last ever apprentice, honing her saber skills, her connection with the force, and control over her emotions. What the young Jedi Knight started to realise, was that a certain bearded Jedi might undo all her progress. Lyra had only ever seen him as the competitive young Padawan she fought in their saber duels in her class, turns out he had grown into much more. (The Timeline the events take place will be jumping around a lot, following along the main story there will be several chapters dedicated to flashbacks in which you find out more about Obi-Wan's and Lyra's childhood friendship and how they grew closer growing up. "It's over Anakin! I have the high ground" "You underestimate my power!" A star wars story that heads in a much different direction from the episode III ending that we all know and love. I've only ever seen one other story like this on the internet so thought I'd add a lil something to the market. Not to mention Darth Vader is literally my favorite character in fiction so a story with him winning on Mustafaar is right up my alley, plus I've always been a sucker for the villains in basically every series I've watched/read. Description & Notes: This is an alternate Star Wars timeline in which episode 3 has a different ending from what we saw in legends/canon, I won't straight up tell you here, you gotta read and find out! But before you do, here are some things to note about the other differences with this timeline and the main SW timeline that you're all used to. 1. This timeline isn't purely legends or canon, I'm taking a little bit from both lore wise and combining them as much as I can without contradicting each other. 2. I changed up a few events that took place during the clone war with this timeline and they are as follow. In this timeline, the Inhibitor chip arc in the clone wars never happens so Fives and Tup don't die and stay in the 501st. The Siege of Mandalore arc happens the same way it did in canon but instead of Rex and Jesse leading the assault with Ahsoka, it'll instead be ARC Trooper Alpha-17 taking Rex's spot and Captain Vaughn taking Jesse's spot. The last edit is that the bad batch won't betray the Empire, not too sure what I'll do with them yet but I have a few ideas. Also I'll be changing the interpretation of the timeline to something bit simpler. I've always been thrown off by the BBY and ABY timeline order so I'll be altering it from BBY/ABY to BRE/ARE (Before the Rise Of The Empire and after the Rise Of The Empire) ie: Anakin's birth would be translated from 41 BBY to 22 BRE since he was born 22 years before the ending of ROTS.

A little bit of angst and fluff shaped like a season of Clone Wars with one overarching story theme, but miniature arcs adding to it.
