As a child, Hiro traveled to Wakkanai with his friend Kato. There, they met a little girl named Susie. After becoming friends, the three of them spent many wonderful days together. Eventually, Hiro had to leave because he lived in another part of Japan. Before he left, Susie told him that one day she wanted them to become engaged. Hiro has never forgotten those words. Now, fifteen years later, he has decided to return to Wakkanai with his trusted friend Kato to find her once again.
