This is a story that follows the main character, a boy named Jared who starts off as a new inkling joining the neighborhood sport in his world known as Splatoon. He just turned 14 recently and is a bit of a newb so he doesn't know at all how to play the game or move really fast but thankfully he meets many new friends and rivals to help guide and motivate him into doing better. Along his battles he discovers inkopolis's enemies, the Octarians and gets involved in saving inkopolis from them. Wether or not he succeeds in defeating them is for you to find out. Its gonna be a crazy ride for this inkling It'd be best if you know/played splatoon before reading this as some things could be confusing. Now then enjoy the story if your interested! :)

The will be added characters but only one of them will have a name and quick description. The rest will not have names of descriptions or matter much so you don't have to worry about memorizing the stuff of other people you don't care about.

Lance McClain is a college student and has been working at The Empire paintball range for the past 2 years. Red is one of their regular players, and an intense mutant paint baller. Keith Kogane is a student on scholarship to the Garrison, and has been playing paintball for what seems like his entire life. Blue is just an annoying employee at the range he plays at, but his sense of humor can make Keith laugh when little else can. A story of two college students and their journey from the deserts of Arizona to a place they had only dreamed of.
