Paintbrush has always been what they were supposed to be. A prince who is NEVER supposed to be sloppy, immature and worse than all, in love with a peasant. That's how life was built to be in their life, they were always being taught that. Now they're a young adult and they are ready to be married now. It's been tiring finding a perfect princess and Paintbrush is tired of seeing the same scenario over and over. But maybe... a perfect match just may be waiting. Just... not in the way they expected. These are meant to be read after another fic I made called "The cost of love". This fic will contain spoilers and it'll just make more sense if you read that one first. This takes place in an au I made so some things will be different! If you don't like that click off! (placeholder cover obv)

This story is supposed to be a reimagining from the original II history, but the characters are humanized and they attend to an elite school called International Inquiry High School (which is basically just an excuse for me to make some of the characters from other nationalities). Ships included, but I'll try to not make them affect the plot too much, since I don't want to ruin the experience to my non-shipping fellas. (Previously titled 'if you fail to plan, you plain to fail'.) People in Hotel OJ have gone missing for the past few days.. OJ makes notice of this and tells Paintbrush, they decide they have to take this into their own hands. What should they do? They thought to themselves.. then they decide that they should ask for help from their best friend: Lightbulb. (THIS IS AN AU SO SOME CHARACTERS MIGHT SEEM DIFFERENT BUT WONT MEAN I'LL MISCHARACTERIZE THEM, IF I DO PLS TELL ME!!)

A human child under the age of 13 who goes by the name Clover has been teleported into one of her favorite object shows as well the plushie she was holding. Now she made new friends and new enemies there will be adventures for her. But there was a problem. That problem was that Mephone4 was hiding a secret from his contestants and Clover a secret that he can't tell everyone about what it is. And someone or something wanted her to be dead while her parents from real life were very worried about her. While she was figuring out about what happened to Mephone's past while Mephone was keeping her safe will she get out of one of her favorite object shows or will she be stuck here forever? Well read to find out. Don't worry guys I'll finish "If I was in Hazbin hotel with my plushies and the Mandela catalog characters." Real soon. Plus Inanimate Insanity belongs to AnimationEpic. ❏ HUMANIZED LIGHTBRUSH Have you ever been fired and hired on the same day? Probably not. But Paintbrush has. After getting forcefully resigned from their old job, they stumble across a lonely cafe. Wanting coffee but being too lazy to walk to an actual Starbucks. Unfortunately, their art skills got them dragged into a new job. Will they be able to handle the barista job? Who knows. But they will surely meet a few annoying customers on the way.

Lightbulb hates blue. It's impossible to get it off. ...Maybe there is *one* way... ...remember the Crappy Cliff? (TW: CONTAINS SU1C1DAL THOUGHS, SELF-H@RM ATTEMPTS)

The game was a lie? Mephone created us? Now we're expected to live in a normal society? It was all too confusing, and Paintbrush was tired of trying to deal with compition, after compition, after...we get it. Now that the show has ended, what do they have to to do now? Paint? Draw? But how could that keep them entertained for that long? Now, after reading some "regular life" books, Paintbrush learns about something Mephone didn't program into them. Love and relationships. But, who would they fall in love with? And why would anyone love Paintbrush back?

"Please come down. Look its not the best option, you are feeling low now but believe me with time everything will come back to its place. This will pass but you just have to be strong. Please I promise" I said calmly to him. I hope he will listen to me but he was so confused and he was looking at me without blinking. "I promise you everything will be alright. Believe me and please give me your hand" I said looking at him than at my outstretched hand. He too look at my hand for a moment and then he looked back at me. "Come on" I smiled at him a little and finally he took my hand in his giant hand and I pulled him down and away from the railing.
