As one of the biggest fans of this show, I too like many others, was disappointed by the multiple futile attempts that have been made in recreating this story. Consequently, four years ago, I began writing my own take on an alternate ending to the first season of Khuda aur Muhabbat. An alternate ending, this story is inspired by the drama Khuda Aur Muhabbat. I have not read the novel, so any resemblance to it is by coincidence. I just saw Dhoop ki Deeewar and I loved it, at first I thought that India and Pakistan made it together but than I realised that it's a Pakistani OTT I am so glad on how they represented my country and didn't disrespect it . So I am going to write a fanfic based on the prompt.
