*please excuse my random ass cover Noelle, code name Whisper, is an agent for the Railroad with a terrible past (which isn't uncommon two hundred years after a nuclear warhead tears the world apart). Her organization usually keeps to the shadows, but when push comes to shove, they have to take action. Noelle is sent to the Boston Airport, headquarters of the Brotherhood of Steel, as a spy. Her mission is going smoothly until she meets a certain tall, dark-haired soldier. In the end, which force is greater- love or war?
