The Paladin's morning starts out like any other day...that is until Coran and Allura run into the room, lock the door, and turn off the lights telling everyone to stay quiet.

An accident during a battle with the Galra results in Green get a direct hit by an ion cannon. The others aren't able to get to Pidge until they defeat the battle ships left...which took a while without the ability to form Voltron. When they finally are able to bring Pidge back to the castle, she's unresponsive for months inside the healing pod, leaving no one to pilot the green lion. No one thought it could get worse until it did when Pidge came out of the healing pod and had no memory other than of her family and herself. The paladins have to deal with her, gaining her memory back slowly. Except her memory of the blue paladin isn't being recollected and everyone worries that it'll stay that way...permanently. Takes place after some events in Season 7. The paladins are still on their way slowly back to Earth. They still have the castle but they cannot wormhole because the scaultrite lenses are all broken in the teladuv. The paladins are in their original lions(aka Allura doesn't have Blue, etc.). Y/n had been prisoner to the galra for years now. she'd become well feared and respected. newer people often pity her. that always made her angry so she'd show them not to. she was the strongest of the prisoners and because of this she was often chosen to fight in gladiator matches. being half cat gave her heightened senses and physical abilities, paired with the harsh training that she received from the Galra and torture from Hagar, made her very strong. But things change the day someone is put in the cell beside her. He just wouldn't give up on being friends with her. She always tried to ignore him. she thaught he'd give up. he never did. and one day they escape together.

Shiro has disappeared and Zarkon is dead. The paladins are devastated by the lost of the their leader and friend. Zarkon's fall has led to a power vacuum in the galra empire causing a bloody struggle for the universe. Brothers are found but blood will be spilled.

Pidge/Katie and Shiro have been captured by the Galra, who want information about the human race. This may end in much pain and suffering for the two paladins. Will their teammates rescue them in time? Voltron AU Klance (maybe? B/c I ship it) Possible Langst (actually most likely b/c I love Langst even though I'm Lance in my friend group, although that's honestly probably part of the reason. Other part being it's a side of Lance we don't often see in the show and I want more of) In this story I've made Lance an ancient myth that follows the legend of Voltron throughout the galaxy. The beast the original team found and kept with them on missions. It has a connection with all five lions, having had to pilot each at some point whenever the paladins were injured or in trouble. He has a Bayard and armor that Alfor had made just for him from the same material as the Voltron lions themselves. When Zarkon betrayed the team and destroyed Altea, Lance was the one that took the castle to safety and guarded it from the Galra who were searching for it. He had always stayed away from other people than the paladins, so only the paladins knew him. He keeps the castle clean and working since Alfor had taught him how to and he has many ways of getting around the castle quickly. (In this, the blue and red lions are switched, red is the one on earth and Blue was the one the Galra found)

Caretaker, a title passed down the generations. The Caretakers serve the Paladins, Voltron, and anyone they side with. Those who control Voltron control the Caretaker. Our main character, she is a Caretaker. Her job is to care for the Lions, help choose who shall ride them, and so on. Zarkon had taken her in, deeming her useful and ordering her to care for the Red Lion as they search for the rest. She was fine with this job, growing a stronger connection with the Lion... until one day it's stolen. Zarkon's forces are constantly being attacked and she's starting to fear for her safety, especially since she knows where the Red Lion is due to their connection (she will eventually have a connection with all the Lions). She steals a fighter and sets out to the Castle of Lions, ready to serve the Paladins.
