This novel was inspired by my love for Palian lore. As you read, feel free to get immersed into the lands before modern day Palia. You might notice some easter eggs hidden within the lands of Windengales. In this novel you will find a combination of thrill, sad, adventurous, and enticing drama while following alongside the human explorer, Akharia. I have spent a CSI level amount of hours researching and playing to find lore that makes the best sense to me. While I plan later on to incorporate lore into other series, this I feel is what would explain pre- Palia. So sit back, relax, and enjoy some lore with a fun sci-fi fiction storyline twist! She started out just like all of them did- Building a home, meeting the villagers Kilima, stumbling to grapple her way in the new world that she found herself in with no memories of the life she led before... She found that she didn't mind her lack of remembrance, however. This new place... it was a second chance, a world of new possibilities and new paths to explore. The new world that she was dropped into may just dig its way into her heart, with the Palians that inhabit it following suit.
