Shortly after the wars, both Marth and Minerva had spent the majority of their time rebuilding their ruined kingdoms of Altea and Macedon respectively. Her Whitewings, Palla, Catria & Est volunteer to address the rebels before they pose a serious threat and disturb the peace everyone fought so hard for, with the assistance of Marth, Cain and Abel.
