This is a story within the story, each day after 12 year old boy Charlie Michael has a party or an outing with the nine winners of the games he put up to go to Disneyland with them, he writes a story about his winners winning a different way by inviting the kids to his camp on top of Mount San Jacinto, nine winners will win while they're at camp and in his story everyday they're stuck in a time loop staying on July 17th everyday.
