They say history celebrates its heroes, remembers its villains, and erases its 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔. But nothing erased stays hidden. Mistakes are meant to burn. Suffocate. Ache. They coil around the finger until it bleeds-or are carried by a yuga-but they never stay buried. An ordinary girl, Tarika Singh, entered Dwaparyug-and learned fire does not always burn. Sometimes- The scorching heat is Karn, the abandoned giver. The silent flare is Yudhishthir, the puppet of dharma. The cackling flame is Bheem, the weapon of vengeance. The curling smoke is Arjun, the dancer of battlefields. The biting spark is Nakul, the healer of destruction. The glowing coal is Sahdev, the foreseer of destiny. They say, fear the villains. As if they began it all. As if the world were not threads - pulled, twisted, strangled - each cutting the other. Some thread tightens like Duryodhan, desperate for the crown. Some knots itself like Dushasan, loyal until he forgets where he ends. Some loosens itself like Vikarn, questioning even the blood in his veins. It is law...threads burn when touched by flame. Only she decides whether they bind or snap. But She is no longer Tarika here. And the myth is no longer myth. 𝑨𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒚𝒂. Daughter of the Sun. Sister of warriors. The ruiner... or the redeemer? It depends on who tells the tale. Because, To hear of the Mahabharata is one thing. To live it, surrounded by unknown faces, is another. Among the 'unknown', two men became her world, standing beside her, one like a vow, the other like a sin. Both willing to fall, if it meant she would not stand alone. "I wonder if the stars are jealous- they've never been looked at the way I look at her." "If the gods made her... perhaps they aren't so useless after all." ▪previously titled as Threads of Flames

She told him: become my slave, or answer for what you've done. He said yes. He should have said nothing at all. She promised to be his ruin. He promised to be her shield. Both of them kept their word. In the ruins of Magadha, Arjun makes a choice that shatters them both - he binds her to him in a marriage she accepts like a funeral. Now the greatest warrior of the age lives as a dead man in his own home, watching the woman he loves perform the last rites for his soul. Every. Single. Day. This is not a love story. It is what love looks like when it has nowhere left to go.

••••••• "Kanha," she asked, her voice a mix of awe and bewilderment. "Where am I? What is this place, anyway?" "This is my abode, Sakhi," he said, his voice a gentle hum that filled her with a sense of peace. "You are in Goloka." Aaradhya's eyes widened. She had read about Goloka in ancient scriptures, a heavenly realm of eternal bliss and divine love, where Krishna resided in his truest form. "But... how?" she whispered, the word barely a breath. "I was... I was on Earth." ••••••• "Can I get my phone?" she asked, the words a simple, direct request that seemed utterly out of place in the celestial hall. The question was so mundane, so human, so utterly Aaradhya. ••••••• What's gonna happen when a cute, sarcastic, and hopeless romantic Aaradhya finds herself in the middle of her favourite epic Mahabharata..? ••••••• She sat curled in a large armchair, completely lost, on a grand adventure of dwapar yug. " IF ONLY I WAS THERE " She muttered in a low, frustrating tone and closed her eyes while thinking about her 'Kanha' ••••••••••

And yet, here he was. Freshly anointed. A kingdom in his hands. A crown on his head. ...and a snake in his dungeons. They'd warned him: 𝘋𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬. 𝘙𝘪𝘱 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘶𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵, 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯. Unfortunately, Ashwathama was 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 at following instructions. Their story didn't start with love. It started with lies. With wounds. War. Suffering. Despair. The year 4350, Kali Yuga's peak. Virtue and dharma had disappeared from the face of Earth long back and all that remained now was despair. To escape from the hell they called home, Syxira and Zolani agree to be scapegoats for a time travel experiment. When the time-travel experiment goes wrong, they're sent back to the era of Dwapar Yuga, a time of gods and kings. Thrown back in time to the epic of Mahabharat, they find solace near the banks of the Ganga, the forests of Aryavarta and the palaces of Hastinapur. They view the epic from far away, but can't help being drawn in themselves. But they face their worst enemy-God himself. Because even in this new world, their hatred for Krishna runs deep. The cheeky, flute-playing God hadn't helped them as they lost everything in Kaliyug. Yet, here he played his flute with no worries in mind. They argue all day, and scream all night but never make up for the silly fights. But, will their fury keep them from finding peace or will they have to confront the very gods they despise? Will they ever let themselves be a part of the famous tale of Mahabharat? ⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅ This book is being written in collaboration of Error_1242 and bhadra-. . . . . . . . . . #1 in yudishthir #4 in nakul

A continuation of Tree of Wishes. Read at your own risk (spoiler warnings and mild cliffhangers). These were taken from my "A Series of Aru Shah Oneshots" because I felt they were better in a separate fic. The chapters have been revamped and many parts have been edited. Note: This fic is incomplete and I currently have no plans to finish it.

Major spoilers for all the books. There is an unfortunate lack of Aru Shah fanfiction on the Internet, so I decided to write my own. A lot of Aru x Aiden because I love them, as well as other ships, a lot of angst and fluff, incorrect quotes, and more!

A pair of eyes that had power to destroy, yet cared for others first before personal target. A chariot that never touched mortality, yet sank on earth to save the mortals. An irony of being enemy-less, despite of having hundreds of enemies. The Scion of Dharma. The steadfastness in battles of life. The ruler who was chosen by God himself. This is his story. The trend today is make heroes out of villains and to do so, it is common to the villains as poor victims. In the Mahabharatha, Krishna is 'accused' of 'cheating' all through to help the Pandavas win. Is this true? What does Vyasa Bharatha say?

This story is an attempt to understand the sole Kaurava sister: Dushala. She is often dismissed in conversations as weak or simply irrelevant. However, the studying of the passing references to her in this epic presents a different story. In this story, we follow an extremely capable woman as she overcomes the crushing barriers set in her path, eventually raising herself to a pedestal equal to her illustrious brothers. Dushhala is rarely mentioned in Mahabharata, and therefore I have to resort to my imagination to fill in certain gaps. I will try my best to stay true to Dushala's strength and intelligence while I am at it. Thanks for reading! ❤
