Do you have sports cards sitting in your closet from when you were a kid? Most people have had some experience with sports trading cards of one way or another. Millions of people collect these delicate pieces of cardboard, while others find this pastime child's play. For some, this passion never went away, others lost interest and forgot about their collections. This niche hobby has continued to flourish in the shadows and slowly become a money juggernaut for some. Another form of gambling at its essence, the carefully calculated odds attract people from all walks of life to join the hunt for the next big thing. This is part historical, part autobiographical, and contains many of my own opinions. Feel free to let me know what you think. These are very rough chapters, and I will be updating them from time to time.

As you might know there's a hierarchy in between foods, breads being the leaders, the men in high power, the bosses. We could mention all the other foods, but it would be quite complicated to explain everything properly. I'll only tell you what matters to understand our beloved panini's heartbreaking situation. Half breads being the half-bread half something else type of situations are looked down upon since they were born out of forbidden love. So is our sensitively baked panini, who has to face the riceism every single day of her life. All she ever wanted was to be a puree-blooded food, but that is something she'll never be able to achieve. And let's just say that her struggling single mother isn't making her life easier...

Let's learn how to make Pappardelle from scratch! This will be a weekend project that will keep busy during one full day, especially if you will pair this homemade fresh pasta with ragu', as I usually do. But first..what is pappardelle? Pappardelle is a long-shape pasta that is wider than tagliolini or fettuccine. Usually, it is between 3/4 of an inch and 1 inch wide and it is originated from Tuscany but is very popular along the entire Italian peninsula. Homemade Pappardelle usually has fluted or zig-zag edges. If you want to discover more about all the different kinds of fresh homemade pasta. Making Pappardelle pasta is less daunting than it seems and once you will take the habit, you will love making homemade pasta, I can guarantee you! I must confess that it is exciting to see how few basic ingredients, when combined, give life to such a mouthwatering meal.

First time at writing a Chowder X Panini fan fic, but sense I'm such a fan boy for the show and the ship is cannon this shouldn't be to difficult. I'll give it my best, and try to make it interesting :) All characters in this story do not belong to me, they belong to the producers of Chowder. Cover art is not mine. Artist unknown.

"Jason's life was a canvas of broken colors, painted by the harsh brushstrokes of his reality. Craving connection, craving love, but stuck in a home that felt like a prison. So, he broke free, embracing the unknown. New streets, new faces, new demons... and a new lease on life. Little did he know, some encounters would leave scars, while others would expose him to the raw truth."

If you do not want to bake, you will find as well how to adapt the recipes. Before digging into the heart of the preparation, let's find out the Italian tips to make some delicious, simple and easy panini sandwiches. First of all let's understand the language: the correct translation of sandwich is panino, which means small bread. Hence the word panini is just the plural noun. Now let's discuss with which bread we make a panini. The most popular bread is "rosetta", which means a small rose, as it resembles a rose, when viewed from the top. Usually it has as a semi-hard crust and is soft inside. Other kind of bread could be focaccia or ciabatta bread. And I stop here...otherwise, we could discuss for hours and hours about regional bread variety. Then, like elsewhere in the world, we use a filling...and we like a rather simple filling, with 2-3 ingredients at maximum. The most popular types of filling are: COLD CUTS: Italian cold cuts extend from the most well known such as Parma Ham and Salami to the most traditional and less known regional variety such as Mortadella from Bologna, Bresaola from Valtellina, Nduja from Calabria.

Just to kind of vent my, aka monkeyman2020/monkeyman2022's, frustration. Not really meant for hardcore Chowder fanatics, moreso people who want to know what the heck I'm doing in a Chowder-y way. There won't really be a beginning or end to this unless I decide to quit Wattpad entirely (which, let me tell you right now, is incredibly unlikely). This is purely episodic fun with frustrations, issues, and other stuff I have to say about writing some of my fanfics. The writing might be a little lopsided, that's intentional as I'm not really meaning to write anything grand here.
