When the war lasted 20 years, the Dragonets came. And when the war lasted 20 years, Queen Glory's reign over the RainWings began. With her reign, she gave the NightWing tribe a new home in exchange for one thing: their loyalty. Loyalty she asked, and loyalty she received. After an attempt at joining the rule of the legendary Darkstalker upon his return, almost all NightWings returned to the rainforest. While some remained on the talon peninsula, the rest of them enjoyed their time in the rainforest kingdom, and found Queen Glory a fair and just queen. Some moons passed, and over time it became more common to see hybrids of the two rainforest tribes, to the point that it had almost become an 8th tribe. The DawnWings, they began to be called. A tribe of dragonets, night and rain brought together, with abilities grand of both sides. In this new tribe, there lived a small dragonet named Starseer, who heard the whispers of the cosmos in her sleep, warning of an inevitable future since the moment of her hatching. A dream? She thought so, since she did not dream anything else. Yet... small nudges of the future, woven into instinct, cast doubt inside her mind. For if this were not a dream... The stars were destined to fall, as the earth hatched beneath her talons... Crushing everything she would come to care for...

This is the story of Amethyst, a silkwing who grows up in Jewel Hive. Amethyst finds a best friend in an unlikely place; a hivewing by the name of Honeysplash. When she grows older she sees how horrible the hivewings are and hates them with all her soul. She escapes to the poison jungle where she finds a way to cure Honeysplash and something else she wasn't looking for. Love, in the shape of a beautiful green dragon with two wings, shaped like leaves. Will she get the cure to Honeysplash before it is too late? Will she be able to rescue her tribe? Will she be able to make this relationship succeed? And will she master her hidden power?

*Spoilers for anyone who hasn't read up to the latest Wings of Fire book (currently book 13)* *This takes place after the Wings of Fire Pantala series* A NEW WORLD BRINGS NEW PROBLEMS Tigerclaw was nothing but a little Hivewing dragonet growing in an egg when the Leafwings attacked and burned down the Hives. Even if they had almost caused her demise, Tigerclaw has always felt that she was in debt to the Leafwings. After all, it was because of them that she never got infected by the Breath of Evil's mind-controlling poison by Queen Wasp, and because of them, she would always be free from the Breath of Evil. Tigerclaw liked the idea of being free, knowing that she could go anywhere and do anything she wanted to do and no one could force her to do otherwise. Because of her great pride in her freedom, she wanted to live as free as possible. Away from her home, away from the Hivewings and the villages they are building, free from anyone that tried to stop her from feeling free. But Tigerclaw is about to learn that being free is never as easy as it seems. And new dangers are growing near. Dangers that Tigerclaw can't face alone.

Polyplax had always been loyal to Queen Wasp, being a guard for her and all that. When he's sent on a special mission though, he meets another dragon called Hibiscus. She claims to be a Pantalan AllWing, and she also says that Polyplax is one too. Is Hibiscus really who she says she is? Does she work with the LeafWings? And most importantly, is Polyplax able to trust her? Only one way to find out! Takes place in book 13. Hybrid dragons were once despised due to there heritage of two different types of dragons. Not only were they disowned, but there parents as well. Now that the war is over hybrids are beginning to become more accepted, but one in particular searches for his parents. He hopes to find answers of his past and find out something more. Sundew and her Silkwing traveling companion, Meilo, are in the Rainforest, traveling to Reforest the Pantalan plains from seeds that were found by some Rainwings, suspected to be a common species to the ones that used to make up the great forests. But on the way they run into trouble, and some rescuers come to their aid. So, I didn't win the contest, but some other very worthy stories made it. On the other talon, I've gotten 200+ views, and some amazing support, so I think I'll continue. And it's NOT edited, so helpful critiques are awesome, but I don't really care anymore. A LeafWing who is considered a joke among his peers, gets caught up in the storm of danger he didn't want to be apart of. A HiveWing, immune Wasp's control, fights out for the light that he feels should be shone on the less fortunate. (This was a joint project between me and a friend, Chapters from, Dragonfly's, Cobalt's and Acacia's point of view where written by her, Prologue and Epilogue are shared)
