But Sister Imperator has come to the conclusion that the rock band delivering the Ministry's unholy message is becoming quite famous and therefore needs some improvement, since it needs to reach the rest of the people. Sister Imperator and Papa IV came to the conclusion that they need another member in the band, specifically a female member, since there are fewer ghoulettes in the band compared to the ghouls. So the ghouls, Papa IV and Sister Imperator go to the catacombs of the Ministry to perform a ritual but not like the ones they do in front of the public, rather it is a welcome ritual to invoke the new member...
