[An Inanimate Insanity AU inspired by the show The Owl House!] For as long as she can remember, Taco, an aspiring young witch, has had only one dream; to be the youngest and most powerful witch to join the Emperor's Council, an elite group of witches that work personally with Emperor Cobs, the ruler of the lands of Inania. So when Taco finally becomes old enough for magic school and receives her acceptance letter for the Arcadia Institute of Magic and the Arcane Arts, one of the most reputable schools in Inania, she's extremely ecstatic to begin chasing her dreams with her best friend Pickle by her side. Not long after her enrollment into Arcadia, Taco finds herself flourishing; she and Pickle end up befriending Paper Sheets, a timid boy their age who is extraordinarily prodigious in oracle magic, and his friend OJ Thinker, the son of one of Arcadia's highest-ranking alma maters. She quickly finds herself enjoying all her classes, and she's even learning about new kinds of magic. Taco is enjoying her life at Arcadia, and with her friends by her side, she couldn't be happier. Paper and OJ weren't picked for season two. Yet, that didn't upset them in the slightest. They're best friends! They don't need that dumb show, they have each other. As they help eliminated contestants and run the hotel, they're slowly growing closer and closer. A stronger connection may be sparking, and not even Salt could stop that. Yet, neither of them are sure how they feel. Insecurity and stress plagues their minds and tears, shatters them into pieces. Maybe they don't know what they're really getting into, but you can't break the strings of fate.
