Humans are a hard crowd to please, and they're all still cautious around monsters. When a secret about Mettaton is leaked, what will he do to recover? Will he be stuck in an awful place forever, or will he be able to recover and become the shining star he's always wanted to be? Its been 10 years sense the magic barrier broke, and Frisk has settled down with their lovely human husband. But nothing goes exactly how everyone plans. 3 months into the pregnancy, their husband dies, leaving Frisk with her mother Toriel, and 6 months later, a baby is born, but not everything is as it seems. This is a sort of Papyrus x Mettaton fanfic, but it doesn't really take place in the official Undertale story. I mean, the characters, the settings, and all that are all the same. I mean it's just kind of separate from the canon story. Read the Epilogue and Chapter One because I don't really feel like writing the blurb or whatever this is because it'll just give away most things. Alright? Shall we proceed? OKAY! Here's the deal, Papyrus makes a bet with Undyne to try to prove to her that Mettaton is not some big narcissistic robot. Best way to do that? By dating him!

The barrier was broken not too long ago. None of the monsters really knew how or why, but now they were free to roam the Surface. Then there was Mettaton, the Underground's most famous (and only) robotic star. This was his time to shine. He had been waiting his whole life to be free and become the star he had always dreamed of being, but not just in the Underground. The Surface is his new audience. But that wasn't just it. After getting settled in, he discovered the tall, hilarious, and adorable skeleton that just happened to be living next door.

A hot mess Impact, Calibri, and Trajan get yeeted from the void and sent on a dangerous journey through the multiverse. Impact is a reckless little shit, Trajan is wondering what he did to end up in this situation, and Cal is just along for the ride. Will they die? Or will they have the adventure of a lifetime.
