Fontcest (Papysans), one-sided This fic is about Sans contracted the fictional hanahaki disease, a disease caused by unrequited love that causes flowers to sprout and bloom in the lungs, effetivelymaking the person choke, cough, and vomit up the flowers. It is only to be removed by surgery unless the love is returned. Second person; You/Your does not refer to the reader; it refers to Sans.
